Vehicle purchasing on your dealership’s terms

Choose a vehicle, variant and services, then send a non-binding inquiry. EVImport checks availability, documentation and delivery feasibility. Review the locked purchase basis before accepting. The quote sets the payment schedule; larger purchases may require two approvers.

Includes the vehicle price basis and EVImport fee. Optional services and local taxes are clarified in the quote. Freight is not added to the estimate. The normal freight indication is EUR 1,500–4,000 per vehicle, not a binding quote. Freight is confirmed in the final quote. Initially, we obtain CIF prices from exporters. Freight included in the exporter’s price is not added again. The agreed port, insurance cover, local costs and any onward transport are clarified in the quote. Optional homologation and preparation are added when selected. Local taxes, customs assistance, registration and other conditions are clarified in the quote. A service you handle yourself is not free – it is outside EVImport’s price.

Select your preferred handover point. The exact terminal or address, transport scope, handover and transfer of responsibility are agreed in the quote. Terminal delivery is not delivery to your premises. Delivery windows are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise.

The dealer can handle import formalities or appoint a customs representative. EVImport assistance can be agreed instead. Confirm the importer, authorisations, declarations and tax responsibility before transport. The EU and EEA are not a single customs system; transit and clearance arrangements depend on the actual route.

WVTA describes the approval basis, not a guarantee that all local documentation is complete. For non-WVTA vehicles, choose EVImport homologation via Bremerhaven or arrange approval with your own partner. A workshop can carry out technical modifications but does not replace required authority approval. Confirm a viable approval route for the vehicle and destination before ordering.

Use your own workshop or order preparation from EVImport. Registration remains the dealer’s responsibility unless assistance is agreed. The quote must specify work, documents and costs. Homologation does not automatically include cosmetic preparation, underbody treatment or registration.

Before VIN allocation, documentation follows the inquiry and order. Once identified, the VIN workspace connects the vehicle history. Check document status and choose the right upload category. Record receipt, discrepancies and service or repair work on the correct vehicle. EVImport’s delivery can be complete before local preparation and registration are finished.

Use the quote question form or case messages. A message does not change a locked quote; agreed changes require a new quote. For damage or discrepancies, record photos and timing and contact the responsible party under the agreed terms. Warranty, claims responsibility and service arrangements must be explicitly agreed.
